The 10th MINEX Central Asia

Mining and Exploration Forum

19-20 June 2024, Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic

Organised annually in one of the Central Asian republics, the Forum aims to enhance cross-regional and international cooperation in the sustainable development of the Central Asian Altaids mineral belt riches and assisting with the transition to climate neutrality, social and economic growth  

On 19 and 20 June the Government of the Government of Kyrgyz Republic will be hosting bi-lateral meetings with the ministerial and trade delegations attending the Forum.  Visits to Kyrgyzstan’s mining companies will be organised on 21 – 22 June, 2024 including the tour to the Kumtor Gold Mine.

The event is sponsored and supportered by Toronto Stock Exchange.

Central Asian countries – Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan possess vast mineral reserves essential for advancing clean energy technologies and achieving carbon neutrality. Through collaboration with both local and international firms, these nations are spearheading initiatives to replenish mineral resources, develop green energy, and modernise industrial infrastructure.
