BUSINESS MISSION TO MONGOLIA | OCTOBER 2 TO 6, 2023

CECC-Vancouver Chapter is pleased to announce a business mission to Mongolia, organized around the major Mongolian international trade show and industrial forum Mongolia Mining-2023 taking place in Ulaanbaatar on 2nd to 6th of October, 2023. This is the most prominent venue for establishing new business ties, obtaining market information, exchange of professional experience and facilitations of trade deals and investment.

CECC business mission, arranged in collaboration with TROGTEQ LLC, Canadian Trade Commissioners Services, Government of Mongolia, Business Council of Mongolia and other strategic partners on the ground.

WHEN: October 2nd to 6th, 2023

WHERE: Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia

The Program of Mission includes:

• Guided tours around "Mongolia Mining -2023" trade show and participation at the Forum program events (for preliminary schedule of events please click HERE)

• Presentations of Canadian delegates and their interests to Mongolia business community 
• Tailored program of B2B and B2G meetings with local stakeholders
• Mining site visits and meetings with top management teams
• Meet the buyers sessions
• Business Networking events

An indirect participation is available for the companies who are not able to join the Mission in-person.

This option includes:

• Display of company’s marketing materials at the TRIGTEQ/CECC booth
• Collecting market feedback and contacts from Mongolian companies interested in cooperation (special market response forms will be filled for each potential Mongolian partner)
• Presentation of company’s information and distribution of promo materials at the official networking events
• Virtual participation at B2B meetings and presentations (depends on time zone) 
• Establishing direct connections with potential buyers and clients
• All collected information will be provided to the participants after the mission along with the follow-up assistance.
